Semi- finals

I AM SO EXCITED I AM IN THE EXPOSITORY SEMI- FINALS, BUT I DON'T REALLY WANT TO Be I ALL I WANT TO DO IS THE DRAMATIC!!!!!!!! and another thought I have my first frost bite but it is really bothering me really bad.i do not know what to do with it. I am so confused and I am playing Mario Party DS at the same time.

Speech

i am really excited about the speech contest we are going to do i am going to do the one i did last year here it is:Hahahahaaaa... Somebody there? Somebody... Who said that? Don't play innocent with me. You've known all along. Where are you? Follow the cold shiver running down your spine......I'm right here! (looking at his own reflection in a large mirror) I don't understand. Did you think it was coincidence. so many good things all happening for you. All for you, Norman! What do you want? TO say what you won't. To do what you can't. To remove those in your way. (Norman looks at a copy of the Daily Bugle with the news of the Goblin's rampage) The board members.. You killed them! WE killed them! We? Remember? Your little accident in the laboratory? The performance enhancers... Bingo! Me! Your greatest creation. Bringing you what you've always wanted. Power beyond your wildest dreams. And it's only the beginning. There's only one that can stop us. or imagine if he joined us.(evil laughter). i think this is really coool because i kinda remember it from last year. i only know 7 words of it.

The Arctic Ice Cap

Have you ever have heard of the Arctic Ice Cap? Well I have heard of the Arctic Ice cap. Did you know it is on top of Earth? It’s called the North Pole for some people in some other countries. Does it just sit there or does it just melt away?
Although the Arctic ice cap is huge in size, it also is melting quicker then predicted in the past. It is very natural that the Arctic Ice cap is melting in the summer and refreezing in the winter. The scientists always check the size in September. But in September of 2007 the new low record was 1.59 million sq miles of the Arctic ice Cap that has melted. In September 2005 the arctic ice cap melted to a record, to a low of 2.05 million sq miles. The Arctic Ice Cap will be ice-free by the summer of 2100, but if the temperature keeps getting higher the ice will be gone by 2030!
The causes of the Arctic ice cap melting is global warming. Global warming is caused by emissions coming off of cars, snow machines, factories, and aerosol cans people use everyday for years. These gases get trapped in the ozone layer. The sun’s rays get stuck in the ozone layer and it causes the earth to get warmer. The gases will stay in the atmosphere for 50 years. Its like the earth is in an oven and the ice is melting very quickly.
One effect of the melting Arctic Ice Cap is that the Northwest Passage is navigable for a short time. The Northwest Passage is a shortcut on top of the world that will go across to any shipping company and it is 4,000 miles. If shipping companies use the Northwest Passage the cost of getting the products or receiving them will cost a lot less. Some companies cross the Northwest Passage in the summer. If some companies just go ahead with traveling in the winter it may cause many environmental disasters. Because the ice burgs are very sharp so if a ship hits on it may cause oil spill. Oil spills may poison many creatures and they will die for certain. The scientists believe that the Northwest Passage will be open by 2015. A lot of the poor shipping companies starts to cross the Arctic ice cap, but it is unsafe says scientists because there are a lot of sharp ice burgs that can be penetrated and cause the oil to spill all over the ocean floor.
If the world was without the Arctic ice cap what would it look like? The Arctic Ice cap is melting all because of two main causes, the greenhouse effect and global warming. There many things people can do to reduce emissions. This is important because we can

Curry Rice

My favorite food is curry rice i really like it for some reason may be i tried when my dad tried it.my dad said, "try it, it's good for you" so i did it was really yummy then i imagined it would be gross but i really, really liked it so much that i wanted it everyday. i like it medium spicy but pretty soon i won't soon i will have hot but not right now. whenever Michelle makes it i get really excited to eat it. Michelle is my step mother, but she makes the best curry rice i ever had. you all should try it. It is very yummy with coca cola it is really gooooood. my baby brother likes it too but we don't let him have it spicy because it is really bad for his tummy but Boot loves it we always give her the bowl to lick off the stuff its like prewashing it by her tongue.

A Memory

Once upon a time there was a 14-year-old girl named April Hoover. She lived with her mom, Teresa Hoover, because her dad, Max, died from pneumonia. April went to school at Z.J. Max School in Phoenix, Arizona. She hated going to school because a girl named Cassidy was bullying her and calling her names all the time.

Cassidy Rich had long, gold, smooth hair. She had a body like a model and a face like a Barbie doll.She had blue eyes and was 14 years old. She was rich and got whatever she wanted. She was a spoiled brat.

The reason Cassidy was bullying April was because April was a pro at rock climbing and Cassidy was jealous of her. Cassidy tried to get rid of her. Cassidy tried to lock April up in the janitor’s closet. The janitor was an old friend of her father and freed her. After she was freed, and April went to class and she told her teacher “Cassidy locked me up in the janitor’s closet.” The teacher sent Cassidy to the principal’s office. The principal suspended Cassidy for one week. After one week in school when April went to the bathroom Cassidy followed her. Cassidy grabbed April by her shirt and told her, “Today after school at the front I will fight you”

April asked, “What did I do to you?”

Cassidy said “You suspended me for one week!”

Cassidy dropped April and left the bathroom. One hour later Cassidy was waiting for April in front of the school.

When April got outside she saw Cassidy and was terrified! She didn’t want to fight she just wanted to be friends. Cassidy was going to punch April in the stomach but April dodged it. Then Cassidy hit April on the face and April said “ouch.” April kept dodging the attacks that Cassidy punched.

Then April remembered what her father said, “Tell the person that is trying to pick a fight with you should tell them to be friends instead of fighting with each other.”
April said, “We should be friends instead of fighting I will teach you how to go fast and beat the others at rock climbing.”
Cassidy said, “Okay if you teach me that I will not bully you any more.”

Then April and Cassidy became friends and never fought again. April had a dream that night that her father was telling her
“Be good to your mother.”

April said, “I will and I always love you and mom” and April smiled at her dad and hugged him.

In the morning she went to school with her new friend Cassidy every day. They lived happily ever after. April now knows that her father is in her heart and never be forgotten forever.

Reading project

i was thinking to do is like bring one of my necklaces from home and display it as if it was from London old times and it will be madame Forestier's necklace. i will really like it because my necklaces are fake like Forestier's necklaces. it would be really awsome if i could look up the necklaces that were in old time London.

Our State Flag

Our state flag is so cool that i learned that the star that is above it is the North Star. I am so glad we have a flag that represents us for what we see at night which is really cool if you ever want to see it come to Alaska. We have eight stars, the seven stars represents the Big Dipper the eighth star represents the North Star. The North Star shows us where the North is, which i think it really goes well with our state because no other city can see the stars. But if you go camping out and you will see the stars since they are to beautiful.
